All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our items and the variety of small-batch makers we carry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check your selections before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. Send a photo and your receipt or order number to hello@maxilynhouse.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If the issue appears to be a defect or craftsmanship concern, we may refer the matter directly to the individual maker. They will review and follow up with next steps for repair, replacement, or resolution.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders are final sale. Please be sure to review all spelling, design choices, and details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations (Online Only)
If you need to cancel an online order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that point, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Processing Times & Pickup
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. If you choose local pickup, we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our shop inside MALTWORKS in Racine, WI.
Shipping
We ship via USPS or UPS and provide tracking information once your package is on the way. Maxilyn House is not responsible for delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped.
Handmade Disclaimer
Most items in our shop are handmade and may vary slightly in color, shape, or finish. These small variations are not flaws—they’re what make each piece one of a kind.
