All orders are prepared with care and shipped as promptly as possible:

In-stock items typically ship within 7 business days of payment. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

Made-to-order or custom items require additional time for production; please allow up to 14 days before shipping.

Pre-ordered items will ship within 7 business days once they are available.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, and currently ship only within the continental United States.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Insurance

Insurance is included automatically covering the full retail value of the package (up to $100).

Damaged Items
Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage, but in the rare event a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@maxilynhouse.com. You may be asked to provide photos or details to assist in resolving the issue.
