Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are prepared with care and shipped as promptly as possible:

  • In-stock items typically ship within 7 business days of payment. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

  • Made-to-order or custom items require additional time for production; please allow up to 14 days before shipping.

  • Pre-ordered items will ship within 7 business days once they are available.

Shipping Method & Locations

  • We ship via USPS or UPS

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, and currently ship only within the continental United States.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Insurance

  • Insurance is included automatically covering the full retail value of the package (up to $100).

  • If additional insurance is desired, please contact us prior to placing your order at hello@maxilynhouse.com.

Damaged Items
Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage, but in the rare event a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@maxilynhouse.com. You may be asked to provide photos or details to assist in resolving the issue.

Missing or Lost Items

  • If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
