By joining the Maxilyn House Creative Club, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing, every-other-month creative subscription. Please review the following terms before subscribing.

Membership & Billing

Creative Club is billed every other month.

Your first payment is collected when you sign up. After your initial purchase, your membership will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged on the 1st of each Creative Club billing month: September, November, January, March, May, and July.

Your subscription will continue until canceled.

What’s Included

Each standard Creative Club box includes:

• 2 exclusive seasonal mystery layered wood décor projects

• A coordinated paint palette

• Brushes

• Glue and other project supplies

• Step-by-step instructions

• Access to the private Creative Club community

• Seasonal virtual paint nights and member perks

Occasional promotional or bonus items may be included but are not guaranteed as part of future boxes.

Project designs, sizes, colors, and contents will vary from box to box. Creative Club is intentionally a mystery subscription, so project designs may not be revealed before each box is released.

Pickup & Shipping

Members select either Local Pickup or Shipping when subscribing.

Local Pickup memberships are $40 per box.

Shipped memberships are $55 per box and include shipping within the United States.

Creative Club boxes are generally available for pickup or shipped between the 8th and 15th of each box month. Exact timing may vary.

Members are responsible for providing accurate and current shipping and contact information.

Skipping a Box

Members may skip an upcoming box through their subscription account before the applicable renewal is processed.

Memberships that are skipped more than two times may be canceled by Maxilyn House.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, we cannot issue a refund because a member intended to skip but did not do so before the renewal date.

Cancellations

Creative Club memberships may be canceled before an upcoming renewal to prevent future charges.

Canceling your membership does not cancel or refund a box that has already been paid for or is being prepared.

Returns & Refunds

Because Creative Club boxes contain specially prepared mystery projects and supplies, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact Maxilyn House so we can help make it right.

Project Variations

Our projects are designed and prepared by Maxilyn House. Because many components are handmade, laser cut, assembled, or packaged in small batches, slight variations may occur.

Colors may also appear differently in person than they do on a screen.

Founding Member & Promotional Offers

Founding Member gifts, bonus projects, complimentary supplies, discounts, and other promotional offers are subject to the terms of the promotion under which they were offered.

Promotional items do not become guaranteed contents of future Creative Club boxes unless specifically stated.

Changes to Creative Club

Maxilyn House may occasionally update Creative Club projects, included supplies, benefits, pricing, shipping costs, schedules, or other membership features.

If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice when appropriate before the change takes effect.

Agreement

By purchasing a Maxilyn House Creative Club subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Creative Club Membership Terms, including the recurring billing and cancellation terms.
