What's Included

Each standard Creative Club Box includes:

• 2 Creative Club exclusive seasonal mystery layered wood/mdf paintable projects
• A coordinated paint palette with colors picked to match the theme
• 3 Brushes
• Glue and other project supplies
• Step-by-step instructions
• A 20% off coupon for one regular-priced creative kit, walk-in project or Creative Table Session during each box cycle
• Access to the private Creative Club community
• Seasonal virtual paint nights
• Exclusive member perks and discounts

Occasional bonus items or promotional gifts may be included but are not guaranteed as part of future boxes.

Creative Club is intentionally a mystery subscription. Project designs, themes, colors, sizes, and included items will vary from box to box and may not be revealed before each release.

Pickup & Shipping

Members choose either Local Pickup or Shipping when subscribing.

• Local Pickup: $40 per box
• Shipping: $55 per box (includes shipping within the United States)

Creative Club Boxes are generally available for local pickup or shipped by the 10th of each release month. While we always strive to meet this timeline, occasional delays due to production, holidays, or shipping carriers may occur.

Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address and contact information up to date.

Skipping a Box

Members may skip an upcoming box through their subscription account before the applicable renewal date.

Memberships skipped more than two times may be canceled by Maxilyn House.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, refunds cannot be issued because a member intended to skip but did not do so before the renewal date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Creative Club membership at any time before your next renewal date to prevent future charges.

Canceling your membership does not cancel or refund a box that has already been billed, is in production, or is being prepared.

Returns & Refunds

Because Creative Club Boxes contain specially prepared mystery projects and supplies, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact Maxilyn House within 7 days of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

Project Variations

Every Creative Club Box is thoughtfully designed and prepared by Maxilyn House.

Because many components are laser cut, handcrafted, assembled, or packaged in small batches, slight variations are part of the handmade process and make each box unique.

Colors may also vary slightly due to differences in monitor or screen settings.

Founding Member & Promotional Offers

Founding Member gifts, bonus projects, complimentary supplies, discounts, and other promotional offers are subject to the terms of the individual promotion under which they were offered.

Promotional items do not become guaranteed contents of future Creative Club Boxes unless specifically stated.

Changes to Creative Club

Maxilyn House may occasionally update Creative Club projects, included supplies, membership benefits, pricing, shipping costs, schedules, or other subscription features.

If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice before the change takes effect whenever reasonably possible.

Agreement

By purchasing a Maxilyn House Creative Club subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms, including the recurring billing schedule, cancellation policy, and renewal terms.
