Each renewal payment covers your next Creative Club Box, which will be ready for local pickup or shipped by the 10th of the following month.

Yes! We understand things come up and you're welcome to skip a billing cycle if you need to.

To keep Creative Club active and engaged, memberships that are skipped for more than two consecutive box cycles may be canceled. You're always welcome to rejoin when enrollment is open, but your spot and any current member benefits are not guaranteed.

If you intended to skip a box but your payment has already been processed, we're unable to issue a refund.

Because we begin purchasing supplies and preparing Creative Club Boxes well in advance, all processed subscription payments are final. If you no longer wish to continue your membership after receiving that box, you can skip future boxes (within the allowed limit) or cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. No refunds will be issued if you miss the deadline.

Access to the Creative Club Facebook group is reserved for active members.

Once your current subscription cycle has ended, you'll be removed from the group and will no longer have access to member-only content, virtual paint night replays, and exclusive perks.

No. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This includes missed skip requests and cancellations made after the billing date. Because every Creative Club Box is planned, packed, and prepared specifically for our subscribers, we cannot offer refunds once payment has been collected. Please review the cancellation and skip policies above before your next billing date.
