Creative Table sessions are self-guided creative experiences, not instructor-led classes. You’ll work at your own pace, with basic instructions provided and help available whenever you need it.

Most projects take approximately 2–3 hours to complete, and you’ll have up to 3 hours during your reserved session.

No experience is necessary- just come ready to create!

Creative Table sessions are offered throughout the week in relaxed 3-hour blocks, giving you plenty of time to paint at your own pace and enjoy the experience.

Available session dates and times are shown when you click Book Your Slot on your selected project.

Friday evening sessions are adults only. All other Creative Table sessions are family-friendly.

Pick your project, book your slot then reserve your spot - we’ll take care of the rest!

Creative Table is designed primarily for teens and adults, with detailed projects that typically take 2–3 hours to complete. We generally recommend Creative Table for ages 12+.

Younger creators may be able to participate depending on the project and their experience level. If you’re considering Creative Table for a child under 12, please contact us before booking so we can help determine if the experience and selected project are a good fit.

Looking for something shorter for younger creators? Our rotating selection of walk-in projects offers simpler options during regular store hours.

Creative Table seating is reserved for participating guests. Each person seated at the Creative Table during a reserved session must have their own Creative Table reservation and project.

Due to limited seating, we’re unable to accommodate non-participating guests or children at the Creative Table, even when additional seats appear to be available. This allows us to keep space available for other registered guests and walk-in creators.

Everything you need to complete your Creative Table project is included! We provide your prepared project, paints, brushes, adhesives and other materials needed for your design.

Aprons are available, but we recommend wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little creative in. Paint and other craft materials may stain clothing.

If you have an allergy or sensitivity you’re concerned about, please contact us before your session.

Light snacks and beverages are welcome at the Creative Table! All beverages must have a secure lid or cap to help protect projects, supplies and shared workspaces.

Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks or order from The Inclusive Bean to enjoy during your session. We ask that food be easy to manage and kept away from projects and shared supplies.

Please help us keep the Creative Table tidy by cleaning up food and drinks before you leave.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session so you have time to get settled. Creative Table sessions are up to 3 hours and end at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, you’re still welcome to create, but your session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

Creative Table projects are made to order and prepared specifically for each guest. Registration closes 24 hours before the start of each session.

Creative Table purchases are non-refundable. If your plans change, you may reschedule to another available Creative Table session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. Your project can instead be prepared as a take-home kit for pickup at Maxilyn House.

Planning a girls’ night, birthday, team outing or other get-together? Creative Table can also be booked for private groups.

Your group can choose from our Creative Table project collection and enjoy dedicated creative time together in our studio.

Private bookings are based on group size and availability. Contact us for available dates, project options and pricing.

We love capturing the creativity and connection that happens around our table! Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during Creative Table sessions for use on Maxilyn House social media, our website and other marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know at the beginning of your session. We’re happy to respect your privacy while still capturing projects and other moments around the table.

We take extra care when photographing minors. Parents or guardians are welcome to let us know if they do not want their child photographed or shared.

Please keep personal belongings with you and away from paints, adhesives, tools and other project materials whenever possible.

Guests are responsible for using provided materials and tools with care and following any safety instructions provided by Maxilyn House.
