All products sold through Maxilyn House, including items made by our collective members, are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@maxilynhouse.com.

  • For Maxilyn House products, we will work with you to resolve the issue directly.

  • For items made by collective makers, we will connect you with the maker to address the problem. Any resolution, including refunds or exchanges, is at the maker’s discretion.

Please inspect your items upon receipt and reach out promptly if there are any issues. We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied while respecting the work of our makers.
