By joining Little Makers Club by Maxilyn House, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing monthly kids' creative subscription. Please review the following terms before subscribing.

Membership & Billing

Little Makers Club is billed monthly.

Your first payment is collected when you sign up and reserves the Little Makers Club project shown at the time of enrollment.

After your initial purchase, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month for your next Little Makers Club Box. We bill in advance so we have time to prepare and package each made-to-order box.

Little Makers Club subscribers receive $3 off each monthly box, making the subscription price $23 per month, plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Because enrollment remains open throughout the month, Maxilyn House may begin offering an upcoming month's project before the start of that month. If you enroll during early enrollment and your first payment has already paid for the upcoming box, the next scheduled renewal will be skipped when necessary so you are not charged twice for the same box. Your regular monthly billing will resume on the next applicable renewal date.

The project displayed at the time you subscribe determines which project your initial payment reserves.

What's Included

Each Little Makers Club Box includes:

• 1 complete monthly project
• A preselected paint palette for that month's project
• 3 paint brushes
• Glue and necessary project supplies
• Digital project instructions

Little Makers Club is not a mystery subscription. The project available for enrollment will be shown before you subscribe so you can see what your little maker will be creating.

Project designs, sizes, paint colors and included supplies will vary from month to month.

Age Recommendation & Adult Assistance

Little Makers Club projects are recommended for ages 6+ due to small pieces.

Adult supervision is recommended. Depending on the project and child's skill level, adult assistance may be needed for gluing, assembly or other portions of the project.

Pickup & Shipping

Members may choose Local Pickup or an available Shipping option when subscribing.

Little Makers Club boxes are made to order and will be ready for local pickup or shipped no later than the 15th of the month associated with that project.

For example, a November Little Makers Club project will be ready for pickup or shipped no later than November 15, even if it was purchased during early enrollment in October.

You will receive a notification when your box is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated separately from the monthly subscription price. The 15th refers to the date a shipped box will leave Maxilyn House and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address and contact information up to date.

Skipping a Box

Members may skip an upcoming Little Makers Club Box through their subscription account before the payment for that box has been processed.

If a box is successfully skipped before billing, you will not be charged for that box.

Once payment has been processed, refunds cannot be issued because a member intended to skip but did not do so before billing.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Little Makers Club subscription at any time before your next payment is processed to prevent future charges.

Canceling your subscription does not cancel or refund a box that has already been billed, is in production or is being prepared.

Any box that has already been paid for will still be prepared and fulfilled according to the applicable pickup or shipping schedule.

Returns & Refunds

Because Little Makers Club boxes are specially prepared and made to order, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact Maxilyn House within 7 days of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

Project Variations

Every Little Makers Club project is designed and prepared by Maxilyn House.

Because many components are laser cut, handcrafted, assembled or packaged in small batches, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade process.

Colors may also appear slightly different due to variations in screens and monitors.

Promotional Offers

Introductory pricing, discounts, bonus items, complimentary supplies and other promotional offers are subject to the terms of the individual promotion.

Promotional items or offers do not become guaranteed contents or benefits of future Little Makers Club boxes unless specifically stated.

Changes to Little Makers Club

Maxilyn House may occasionally update Little Makers Club projects, included supplies, subscription pricing, shipping costs, schedules or other subscription features.

If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice before the change takes effect whenever reasonably possible.

Agreement

By purchasing a Little Makers Club subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Subscription Terms, including the recurring monthly billing schedule, cancellation policy and renewal terms.
