Creative Table Session Schedule

Our Creative Table is open multiple days a week with 3-hour sessions designed to give you plenty of time to settle in, paint at your own pace, and actually connect. No rushing. No pressure.

Current session times:

  • Thurs: 2–5 PM
  • Fri: 2–5 PM & 6–9 PM
  • Sat: 10–1 PM & 2–5 PM
  • Sun: 12–3 PM

Choose your time, pick your project, and we’ll handle the rest.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

All projects are made to order after registration.

The deadline to register for a session is 24 hours in advance.

Because materials are prepared and your project is often created within hours of your order, refunds are not available.

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session, we’re happy to help you reschedule for another available date with 72 hours notice, or have your project prepared as a take-home kit.

Design & Tier Selection

Each tier represents a specific project level, and your design must match it. Please be sure to select the appropriate tier that matches your desired project at checkout.

If the project level and tier do not align, we’ll reach out with an adjusted invoice prior to confirming your reservation. This ensures your materials are prepared correctly and your session runs smoothly.

Materials

All Creative Table sessions include all of the necessary materials to complete your project. Please do not bring personal supplies unless the description specifically allows it.

Workshops may involve paints, adhesives, craft materials and adverse scents. Guests with allergies or sensitivities should notify Maxilyn House before the workshop.

While we make every effort to minimize exposure, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free or odor free environment.

Guests are encouraged to bring personal protective items (gloves, masks, aprons) if needed.

We do provide aprons to help protect clothing but we are not responsible for accidents or damage to clothing or other personal belongings.

Arrival & Session Timing

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Sessions start and end promptly to ensure everyone has a full, enjoyable experience. Guests have up to 3 hours to complete their project.

Late arrivals: If you arrive after the session has started, you may have limited time to complete your project and will need to finish by the scheduled end time.

No-shows: If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance. No-shows will result in lost registration. If you can't make it, let us know - we will work with your to reschedule or arrange for you to take your project home.

What to Expect

Our sessions are self-guided experiences, not instructor-led classes.

Classes last 2-3 hours depending on the project you choose. All guests need to have projects completed by the end of the session slot (3 hours).

All materials and basic instructions are provided, and assistance is available throughout the session if you need help.

Workshop Seating

Seating at the Creative Table is reserved for registered participants only.

If you’d like to sit and assist someone — including your child — you must reserve your own seat and purchase a project. This ensures everyone has enough space and materials to enjoy their session.

Walk-In Availability

Not available at this time*

To reduce waste and prepare materials intentionally, most projects are created based on registrations. We encourage booking in advance to ensure your preferred design is ready for you.

Family-Friendly Sessions

Children are welcome during designated family-friendly sessions (please check the schedule before booking).

Friday evening sessions are adults only.

To ensure everyone has space and materials, all seated participants — including parents or guardians — must have a paid registration and project.

Adults Only Sessions

Our Friday evening sessions are reserved for adults looking to unwind, connect, and create in a relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you’re planning a girls’ night, date night, or solo creative time, Friday nights are designed to be a calm, inspiring space just for grown-ups.

All seated participants must have a paid registration and project.

Minor Privacy Exception

We understand that some families prefer additional privacy for children. Upon request, we are happy to photograph minors in a way that protects their identity, such as photographing from behind, avoiding facial images, or blurring identifying features before use.
